HROnline+ Referral Program

At HROnline+, we believe in the value of partnerships and rewarding those who help us grow. Our Referral Program is designed to thank you for introducing new clients to our platform.
By registering in the program, not only will you earn rewards for each successful referral, but you’ll also be among the first to hear about new features, services, and enhancements that can benefit your business. You may choose to receive your referral incentive directly or have it applied as a discount to your client’s billing.

Review the program requirements.

Submit your details by email, including:

  • Company Name
  • TIN Number / SSS Number
  • Company Address or Contact Person
  • Telephone Number
  • Email Address

Earn Rewards.

For each qualified referral that becomes an active client, HROnline+ will reward you with 10% of the client’s monthly billing.

Referral fees will be paid monthly for up to 1 year, as long as the referred client remains subscribed to HROnline+.

Program Requirements

The referral must be a "Qualified Referral" in order to qualify for the referral fee. A Qualified Referral is defined as a company with a valid TIN Number or SSS Number. For start-up companies, proof of "applied for" status is acceptable.

The Qualified Referral must have authorized the referral to HROnline+ before being submitted. Any company referred without prior authorization will not be considered as a Qualified Referral.

HROnline+ reserves the right to refuse service to any referral for any reason. Companies that have been terminated or discontinued as clients will not be eligible for commission.

Referral fees will be remitted on a monthly basis and released before the last day of the following month.

The Referral Fee Coverage period applies only to active clients. Existing clients of HROnline+ are not eligible for this program and will not be considered Qualified Referrals.
