Membership Card

Subscribers of HROnline+ are entitled to receive one (1) Membership Card as part of our security program. This card adds an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access to our system, supplementing the standard username and password login.

Use of Membership Card


  • Each subscriber will be issued a Membership Card. While your permanent card is being prepared, a temporary access pass may be provided to allow continued system use.

  • All Membership Cards remain the property of HROnline+.

  • Each card displays the member’s name and a unique sixteen (16)-digit code. It is for personal use only and cannot be shared with, or used by, anyone other than the named member.

  • Members are expected to safeguard their Membership Card responsibly. Lending, transferring, pledging, or allowing anyone else to use the card or related access information is strictly prohibited.

  • For added security, the HROnline+ system may request random digits from your Membership Card during login or system use. If the exact numbers are not entered, access will be denied until the correct input is provided.

  • If your Membership Card is lost or stolen, you may request a replacement. Reissuance is subject to verification and approval by HROnline+, and a replacement fee will be charged.

General Information


  • HROnline+ is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise from unauthorized or improper use of your system access.

  • Members are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide upon registration and throughout their subscription. HROnline+ will not be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in member-submitted data.

  • The Membership Card is not a debit, credit, or payment card and cannot be used for any financial transactions.
